The Conical Cap of Truth is one of the seven hidden spots for each of the seven gems to form the Rock of Sages in the episode, "The Rock of Sages". That gem can only be found by Doc. It was hidden in Doc's hat the whole time, as his hat was passed down for generations. Doc had difficulty finding something conical that contains the gem, but Bashful hinted it's his hat during their time at the desert.
