"Sir Yips and the Big Ips" is a mini-sode of The 7D that was released on February 13, 2016 by The 7D Crew. It was made due to the long wait for "Say Pest to the Dress" and "Delight Me, Delight Me Not".[1]
Plot[]
"We're Working on It!" |
The mini-sode opens with Grumpy questioning his friends where is his Gorgonzola. Dopey and Happy whistled and spoke a bit, until suddenly, the "Bing-Bong Bell" rang. The 7D were surprised by the bell, and Bashful assumes that "The Queen needs him", but Sneezy denied his fantasy. Then, Sneezy sneezed himself, and the rest of the members to the castle. Doc then questioned where the Queen is, however a giant Sir Yipsalot suddenly appeared, "stomping" and "attacking" the 7D.
Trivia[]
- This is the first and only short of the series, calling it a "mini-sode".
- Though it never premiered on TV, instead it was posted online.
- This mini-sode is supposed to be a parody of episodes of The 7D, since they literally parodied every element a normal episode of this show has.
- The Bashful puppet appeared in a Valentines post along with a message by one of the show's staff.
- Queen Delightful "appeared" as a model sheet instead of a puppet/felt, like the others appeared in the short.
- The voices weren't provided by the actual voice actors. Instead, it was performed by The 7D production crew.
