Thomas Edward "Tom" Warburton, a.k.a. Mr. Warburton (born July 28, 1968), is an animator and formerly co-executive producer of The 7D. He's best known as the creator of the Cartoon Network series Codename: Kids Next Door (2002-2007) as well as the character designer of the popular Disney animated series Pepper Ann (1997-2000). His other credits include Fish Hooks and Nickelodeon's Doug.[1] He will helm a new Disney Junior series featuring the Muppet Babies, with a targeted 2018 premiere date.[2]
In addition to being the co-executive producer of The 7D, he also directed some of the episodes and co-wrote one song from the series.
