Synopsis[]
After the Glooms swipe Doc’s Smarty Tooth, the 7D must work together to get it back before Doc’s “smartiness” is gone forever.
Guest Star[]
- George Takei (of "Star Trek" fame) guest stars as Dr. Sweet Tooth, Jollywood’s cheery dentist.[3]
Plot[]
"We're Working on It!" |
The episode opens with the 7D getting ready for the day. With the help of Doc's robotic arm invention, they woke up, showered, and brushed their teeth, while all throughout the process, Doc says "Ow!". He noticed a pain in his mouth, then he realizes that he has a loose tooth, with Grumpy looking wrecked after the bath. Queen Delightful then summons the 7D by the Bing-Bong Bell to help her with a tricky math problem, and with the members looking terrified to the problem, it turns out that Doc is the only one of them smart enough to solve the problem. They then head off to Dr. Sweet Tooth to remove Doc's loose tooth, and it was revealed to be a smarty tooth. He then goes on and explains; without his smarty tooth, he's a dumb goofy doofus.
Featured Songs[]
Continuity[]
- Doc is the fifth and the last of the 7D to have his childhood memories shown. Unlike the previous dwarfs (Sneezy, Grumpy, Dopey and Happy) whose childhood memories are told through flashbacks, Doc's memories were displayed through a projector by the other dwarfs in the episode.
Trivia[]
- Doc is shown wearing his red glasses as a child during the slideshow, implying that he need them since he was a baby.
Cultural References[]
- Words ending in -izzle were popular slang talk used roughly during the first half of the 2000's. The person associated with its popularity was the rapper Snoop Dogg.
- At one point, Grumpy makes a song reference to the song "Livin' La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin, released in 1999.
Goofs[]
- When you see Grumpy and Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy's wings are missing when Grumpy is talking about Doc's tooth.
